 As from May 21st 2010, You no longer need a HIP to market a property, an EPC needs to be provided within 28 days from 1st marketing...... 

 As from 7th October 2008, any landlord offering a property for rent must make sure that an EPC is shown to prospective tenants....

As from the 30th June 2011, an (EPC) must be obtained for properties that are rented out as holiday lets for 4 months or more in any 12 month period...
